Scope of Our Services

At ApexTalent, we provide recruitment solutions that are designed to connect businesses with the right people. Our services include permanent, fixed-term, and temporary placements, along with candidate sourcing, detailed screening, skills assessment, and placement support. We work with a commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency so that both clients and candidates experience a smooth and transparent process. By choosing our services, you acknowledge and agree that ApexTalent acts as a facilitator in the hiring process and that the ultimate decision of employment lies with the client.


 

Client Responsibilities

For our services to be effective, we require full cooperation from our clients. This includes providing complete job briefs with details such as job descriptions, qualifications required, experience levels, salary expectations, and hiring timelines. Clients must also ensure timely feedback on candidate profiles, interviews, and hiring decisions so we can keep the recruitment process efficient. Any delays, sudden changes in requirements, or lack of communication may affect the quality and timelines of delivery, and ApexTalent will not be responsible for such delays. Clients are also required to notify us immediately once a candidate has accepted a job offer or joined the organization.


 

Fees and Payment

Our fee structure is transparent and fair, typically calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s starting salary or a pre-agreed flat fee. The service fee becomes payable once a candidate referred by ApexTalent accepts an offer of employment. All invoices must be settled within the agreed payment window, usually within 14 to 30 days. Late payments may incur interest charges or administrative fees. Please note that fees remain payable even if a candidate leaves the organization within the probation period, unless otherwise specified in the guarantee terms below.


 

Guarantee and Replacements

We stand by the quality of our recruitment services. If a candidate leaves the role or is terminated for valid reasons within the agreed guarantee period, typically between 4 and 12 weeks, ApexTalent will either provide a free replacement candidate or offer a partial rebate, depending on the terms agreed upon before the assignment. This guarantee applies only if the client has settled the invoice in full and has met all obligations on time. Replacement guarantees are offered as a commitment to quality but do not cover circumstances such as restructuring, redundancy, or changes in the role requirements.


 

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Confidentiality is a core principle of our business. Both ApexTalent and the client agree to keep all shared information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent. ApexTalent also complies with data protection laws to ensure that all candidate and client data is handled securely and used only for the purpose of recruitment. Clients are expected to treat candidate information shared by ApexTalent as confidential and not use it outside of the agreed recruitment process. Any breach of confidentiality may result in termination of services and possible legal action.


 

Non-Solicitation and Exclusivity

In cases where ApexTalent introduces a candidate to a client, the ownership of that candidate’s introduction rests with ApexTalent for a defined period (commonly 6–12 months). Clients agree not to bypass ApexTalent and engage directly with such candidates outside the agreed terms. Where exclusivity is agreed upon for certain roles, the client agrees not to use another recruitment agency for the same position during that period. These terms are in place to maintain a professional and fair working relationship between all parties.


 

Termination

Either party may terminate the recruitment engagement by providing written notice. Termination, however, does not absolve the client from paying for services already rendered, including fees for candidates who have been successfully placed before the termination date. ApexTalent also reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment, breach of agreement, or misconduct. Upon termination, both parties remain bound by confidentiality obligations and any terms that by their nature are intended to survive.


 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan. By engaging our services, you agree to resolve any disputes through these legal channels.
